The word effectual call has the meaning of
"summons" It is a command by the authorities
to appear in a court of justice. (Philippians

Will be a blessing – Practical side. Building a friendly bridge as a genuine friend. Actions speak louder than words. Luke 11:28; Salt of the earth. Mt 5:13 Light of the world Mt 5:14 , we are to shine in this crooked world Php 2:15;
Our behavior should not injure, stumble a new person that is coming to church, new convert.
The tone of your speech, friendly- Help in need. (Dougnuts) Blessing to people when they have a problem, give godly, right counsel.
All this will lead to Gospel witnessing – Tell them it is God who works in you, you believe and trust the Lord Jesus Christ.
Will be a curse – to those who will not listen.
Early Morning Prayer – Pray for the lost.

Always carry some tracts with you.
Invite someone to the church – blessing to hear the word of God.
When someone new comes, they should see God is worshipped.
They will study your ways, how you talk – godly or ungodly, study your character.
They will never come back again.
