The Deadly Virus!

What cause death? It’s sin, sin is like the deadly virus, how did it we all get infected?  The Bible gives the answer.

Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned

We all came from one blood of Adam, the death virus was transported from one human being to another and death came to all.

"And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation" (Acts 17:26)

The only person who can deal with this deadly virus was Jesus Christ, he came to deal with this deadly virus of sin. Jesus is also called the second Adam, as Jesus was tempted by the same devil just like the first Adam. In first Adam we all die, but in second Adam we live.

1 Corinthians 15:22  For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.

How did Jesus makes us alive, his blood did not have the deadly virus as he was born without sin, we desperately need his blood to get rid of this deadly virus of death. How can we receive the blood of Jesus to cleanse this deadly virus?

2 Corinthians 5:21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

When the sinner believes in the Lord Jesus Christ repenting of his/her sins, all our sins were poured on Jesus  who had no sin, because of our sins, God poured his wrath on Jesus and at the same time, Jesus righteousness was transferred to us and we become righteous because of Jesus righteousness.

It’s the blood of Jesus that cleanses us, yes, Adam’s blood caused the deadly virus but Jesus blood cleanse and removes that deadly virus!

1 John 1:7-9 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness
