Adam and Eve. (Gen 2:4-25)<= /p>

 

Out of dust of the earth, God created a person with a = body and soul, a living being with intelligence and emotions.

 

Garden of Eden – Eden means pleasure or delight. It was a garden of pleasure and peace.

 

Cain and Abel

 

God prefers a cheerful offering to a grudging one. Sac= rifice is only pleasing to God if it comes with love. Cain brings some grain but n= ot with the right heart. He is the first person in the Bible to pretend to be religious. But his religion is false,  his sacrifice is rejected.  God declares him guilty of murdering h= is own brother. Cain is sent away but Cain is not to be killed in return, God does= not want to recycle evil but to contain it.

 

Babylon

Babylon is= the capital of all that is anti God. It is the opposite of Jerusalem, the city of peace. Babylon means the gate of God.

 

Abraham

During Abraham’s time there was god ishtar famous in some of the cities in Mesapotamia.

 

Melchizedek

The priest of Salem. Salem becomes Jerusalem in the future.
